3.2.5 Safety and health requirements. All parts, components, mechanisms,
and assemblies furnished on the machine, whether or not specifically required
herein, shall conform with all requirements of 29 CFR 1910 and ANSI- B11.7. If
a conflict arises between 29 CFR 1910 and B11.7, 29 CFR 1910 shall apply.
Additional safety and health requirements shall be as specified in detail (see
6.2). Covers, guards, or other safety devices normally furnished as standard
on the manufacturer's commercial machines, supplied to the commercial market
